This guide treats Oman as a route system: arrival logistics near Barka, wadi bases, the Tiwi coast, altitude breaks in the Hajar Mountains, turtle coast planning, central Oman and Dhofar.

The editorial goal is not to rank everything. It is to make the route legible, then publish only the places that earn a useful dossier.

Oman is organized by route areas, not by generic regions.

Each area has a base, a set of things to see, food or cafe candidates to test, and the article formats it can produce after the field checks.
